Terry Caught up with Paul Cook the PFG Music man, here are his answers:

1 – So, apart from being the PFG Music maestro, what do you do for work?

I work as a Finance Director in the public sector.

2 – What is on your to-do list today?

Go and watch Yogi Bear in 3D and that’s it today Not on my own before you ask, Beth & I are going with our son Samuel who is 5 as we’re all on holiday today. Before that it’s down the beach for a walk and a cooked breakfast – love half term!

3 – Apart from family, what are your main focuses in life right now?

Doing something or other for PFG, our local church (Clifton Community Church) as we’re doing a new series on What is Church? which is really getting everyone thinking, work – just getting it all done and trying to remember I really must go out for that run!

4 – At this moment in time, being a worship leader, what music can we find on your iPod/MP3/Phone?

Matt Maher (Alive Again), Vicky Beeching (Eternity Invades), Laura Story (Great God who Saves), Aaron Keyes (Not Guilty Anymore), Switchfoot (Hello Hurricane), Israel Houghton (The power of One) – is that enough to be going on with?

5 – Is there a particular group/band your in to right now?

See above! I was at Mission Worship recently and Aaron Keyes lead worship – it’s like listening to the Psalms non-stop and very encouraging and real – check it out.

6 – Is there a song that is on your heart right now – what is influencing you? It can be new, old, your own song even?

Right now can’t get There is a Redeemer out of my head – being reminded that everything is about knowing Jesus in a way that is real.

7 – The weekend isn’t too far away now – are you anxious in any way?

Always trying to think of which songs would be appropriate for the weekend and get my music in order! Apart from that I just can’t wait to meet with God, others and Terry!

8 – What are you looking forward to the most?

Meeting our new Global Social Media Director (ie you Terry!) Chilling out, catching up, big worship, great teaching, the general buzz, vision for the future, passion for God!

9 – What would you say to those on the edge, that are thinking of coming but haven’t booked yet?

If not you, who? If not now, when? Don’t miss out on what God is going to do, it could change the direction of this year for you. Not because PFG is special – but because God meets with us when we go to meet with Him.

10 – Lastly, If you were stuck on an island, which PFG team member would you like to be stuck with and why? (Wifes are excluded).

You – so you could distract me from what I’m meant to be doing with all your questions! Oh & Tim, because if you’re not asking questions Tim will be talking so I’ll be generally entertained all day!
